Each year I've rolled my eyes at the thought of setting resolutions. I laughed at people who made such a fuss over the upcoming year. Now, I see how important it is to set resolutions for ourselves. While these may not be your typical resolutions, I truly feel they will help me along the path to spiritual, mental and emotional well-being.
